This template policy, for personal advice licensees, sets out a framework for providing advice and/or dealing services to vulnerable clients.  It is designed to address the 'efficiently, honestly and fairly' obligation, to illustrate how the best interests duty might apply to the provision of personal advice to vulnerable retail clients, and to address statutory unconscionable conduct prohibitions under the ASIC Act 2001.
