Whistleblower - AFSL

This policy is designed to enable licensees to comply with their whistleblower-related obligations, and complies with both the requirements of the Treasury Laws Amendment (Enhancing Whistleblower Protections) Act 2019 (Cth), and with ASIC Regulatory Guide 270 – Whistleblower policies.

The Whistleblower Policy explains how disclosures should be dealt with, and how persons making disclosure are protected from detriment.  The policy also sets out, in detail, how the licensee reacts to a disclosure, and includes a comprehensive investigation procedure.

This policy is only applicable to large Pty Ltd and Ltd companies.
